The site is optimized for Konqueror 3.5, available in the major GNU/Linux distributions and in many UNIX environments, and for Mozilla Firefox, that is available for Windows too. If you're using instead Microsoft Internet Explorer.. well, the website is not so ugly, it's just that Internet Explorer (until 6.0 version) has only a limited support for PNG images. This site is NOT a CMS, but it's written in HTML and PHP with Quanta.
